Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of working with the I/DD community preferred.
  • Experience in the Human Resources field preferred.
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Valid driver license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining employee accounts in Premier’s internal software systems.
  • Ensuring that all onboarding tasks are complete and accurate.
  • Attaining and updating expiring documents and certifications such as CPR/First Aid, Auto Insurance, Driver’s License, and change of address/phone number.
  • Finalizing DSP separations.
  • Initiating background checks as needed, updating the system with hire or termination dates and 2-year background rechecks.
  • Performing and completing any additional tasks/projects as assigned.
