About The Position
We are recruiting an HR Supervisor to work on-site at our Claremont, NC, manufacturing facility. This role supports our Claremont manufacturing facility and reports to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner. It provides critical support and execution around people initiatives while delivering solid internal support to the broader HR team, site leaders, and partners. This role leads all aspects of the HR function for our facility in Claremont, NC. It provides advice and counsel on interpersonal efficiency, employee relations, change management, employee communication, and effective policies, practices, and procedures. Drive overall cultural change and improve employee communication.
