The Human Resource Sr HR Analyst - Labor Employee Relations performs a variety of Human Resources functions in support of Labor and Employee Relations. This role involves researching and developing materials for collective bargaining, employee misconduct, complaint resolution, and employee performance evaluation processes. The analyst responds to labor organization information requests and coordinates standards and best practices for conducting research and statistical analysis, writing reports, proposals, and recommendations.
