About The Position

The position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, which includes job postings, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires. The role also provides support for Workday functionalities, including employee onboarding, performance management, and reporting. Additionally, the position requires maintaining accurate employee records while ensuring data privacy and compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The individual will ensure compliance with COBRA federal guidelines by preparing letters and other related documents, assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, and maintain documentation related to employee records, benefits, and HR policies. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies is also a key responsibility. The role includes screening resumes, conducting initial interviews to identify qualified candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and performing other duties as assigned.
