About The Position

Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams and locations. You will work collaboratively with a team of skilled HR specialists to address and resolve general HR inquiries for the entire Blue Origin organization using our case management system. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR or customer support in corporate service center.
  • Proven experience in handling HR general inquiries effectively.
  • Experience working with confidential records and/or materials.
  • Hands-on experience with case management tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Nice To Haves

  • Over 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Proficiency in using Workday as an HRIS.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and respond to general inquiries from the entire Blue Origin population utilizing our case management tool.
  • Triage cases to the correct owners and provide customer support for employees and members of HR.
  • Investigate inquiries and support a multitude of varied activities such as ticketing, onboarding facilitation, analytics evaluation, and special projects.
