About The Position
The Human Resource Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) serves as a Staffing Specialist for the Marketing and Regulatory Programs, providing comprehensive employment advisory and operational services for recruitment and placement activities. This role involves recruitment consultations, candidate evaluations, advising on assessment strategies, and reviewing and approving personnel actions. This is a temporary promotion not to exceed one year, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement without further competition.
