We’re seeking an HR professional with strong employee relations expertise who can partner with leaders and team members to navigate policies, procedures, and workplace challenges with clarity and sound judgment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent policy interpretation, timely responses to concerns, and balanced, effective resolution of employee relations matters. In this role, you’ll conduct investigations, coach leaders on performance and conduct issues, identify trends across your assigned regions, and support retention efforts. You’ll also prepare unemployment claim responses and deliver training on harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, professionalism, and workplace violence.
