This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of human resources experience in areas such as employee relations, staffing & selection, compensation & benefits, and/or training. The role involves knowledge of payroll systems and processes, as well as familiarity with Federal, State, Labor and Employment laws, including Workers' compensation, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA laws. Proficiency in HRIS systems is also necessary.
