About The Position

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ADP payroll management.

Responsibilities

• Administer weekly payroll for all employees, including pay calculations, garnishments, and benefit deductions.
• Enter and maintain employee data in the payroll system.
• Track, process, and maintain the annual employee review program.
• Maintain employee retirement plans and process 401k employee deferrals.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with contracts.
• Conduct new employee onboarding and explain benefit plans and enrollment provisions.
• Maintain DOT compliance for designated employees and oversee files and certifications.
• Process driver medical card updates and review benefit enrollment forms for accuracy.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of employee benefit billings and resolve billing issues.
