Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Administer weekly payroll for all employees, including pay calculations, garnishments, employee loans, per diem, and final termination payouts.
  • Enter and maintain employee data in the payroll system, including new hires, payroll changes, and benefits information.
  • Track, process, and maintain the annual employee review program.
  • Maintain employee retirement plans, including data entry and importation of 401k employee deferrals.
  • Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with contracts.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions.
  • Maintain DOT compliance for designated employees, overseeing files and certifications.
  • Process driver medical card updates.
  • Review benefit enrollment forms for accuracy and coordinate with third-party administrators.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of all employee benefit billings and resolve billing issues.
