Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR Management experience (bonus points if it’s in Automotive or Retail )
  • A "get it done" attitude—you thrive in a busy, hands-on environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and open attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll: You will be doing a bi-weekly payroll for the entire store.
  • Compliance & Benefits: Keep us compliant with labor laws and manage our competitive benefits packages.
  • Employee Relations: Be the trusted go-to for all staff inquiries and conflict resolution.
