About The Position

Our Food and Beverage client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to strategize their key HR initiatives of the department related to HR Policy, Employee Relations, and Talent Development. Bilingual Spanish is Required. The ideal candidate will have experience with Paychex Payroll software and have managed a small HR team. Candidates applying with at least 7+ years of experience are preferred for this role. Lastly, their office is located near Colonia, NJ.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish is REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree
• Paychex Payroll software, preferred
• At least 7-10 years of HR experience
