The Human Resources Lead drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing a best-in-class associate experience for all store associates. This role leads hiring, training, and retention activities, while building effective weekly schedules. The Human Resources Lead has a passion for people and works collaboratively with store leaders to ensure associate success and achieve store objectives.
