Requirements

• You are currently working towards a Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or similar
• You are available to work 20-30 hours per week
• You are available from September 2025 to August 2026
• You are a team player and are results oriented
• You have basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• You have strong verbal & written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Adhere to General Work Requirements
• Be a trusted advisor, handling day-to-day employee queries and resolving problems to ensure consistent, practical and effective solutions
• Analyze and compile data
• Update and maintain databases
• Participate and assist with special projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan such as ad hoc HR projects and audits
• Assist the Team with business analysis, various administrative tasks and Human Resources issues
• Work as part of the Team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes
