About The Position

Lightstone is seeking to hire a summer intern within the Human Resources department to help support the team with a variety of company-wide initiatives and practices. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with outstanding attention to detail and strong project management skills. Requirements

• Studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Superior verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high quality deliverables and attention to detail
• Capable of managing competing priorities while meeting deadlines with dependability
• Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong process management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner on the execution and planning of the corporate summer internship program
• Process employee onboarding and terminations
• Aid in the processing of data updates and overall data integrity
• Assist with the monitoring and response to employee benefits inquiries
• Shadow team members to gain understanding into employee relations, recruiting, and strategy
• Work with various team members to complete ongoing projects
