Requirements

Responsibilities

• Update the employee handbook and communicate company policies and procedures to staff.
• Carry out disciplinary actions, including terminations, as needed.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit interviews/offboarding processes.
• Execute biweekly payroll using Paylocity, monitoring electronic timecards, PTO, and leave requests.
• Oversee bi-annual 401(k) enrollments and maintain the company's 401(k) plan with the third-party administrator.
• Handle FMLA, PFMLA, L&I claims, OSHA forms, COBRA, and garnishments.
• Coordinate with department leads on safety protocols and training for staff.
• Implement specified employee progress reviews and assist with health benefits annual renewal.
• Coordinate company events.
