The Human Resource Generalist will support both the daily functions and tactical responsibilities of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role assists in recruitment and onboarding, benefits, compensation, leave administration, acts as the primary backup to payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and other initiatives to promote organizational effectiveness. In addition, the role is to strategically build strong relationships with the company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
