About The Position
The Human Resources Generalist II at Urban Alchemy is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated Operations units. This role involves partnering with various HR functions to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization's business objectives. The Generalist will guide management on performance management, HR programs, and assist in employee relations matters, while also owning offboarding procedures and conducting investigations related to employee terminations.
