About The Position

The Human Resource Generalist will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the HR department at Brava, focusing on hiring, employee support, and compliance with employment laws. Requirements

  • At least two years of human resource management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training and work assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish, translating documents as needed.
  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Administer human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave management.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources.
