The role requires managing new hire and benefits orientation, employee training programs, hiring support, job analysis, compensation analysis, and routine employee relations. The HR professional will act as the first point of contact for employees and supervisors on HR-related inquiries, applying judgment and discretion to HR issues and concerns, and directing complex issues to more senior HR staff. Additionally, the position involves updating and maintaining employee data in UltiPro while ensuring the confidential handling of sensitive information. The role also includes managing processes connected with the onboarding of new employees and processing terminations, which largely consists of ensuring UltiPro data entry and communication to respective departments. The HR professional may perform activities in various cross-functional areas and interact directly with corporate employees regarding planning, problem resolution, process improvement, and reporting. Furthermore, the role requires interpreting and communicating routine organizational policies and procedures, as well as evaluating and applying information to provide advice to employees and management staff on Human Resources practices, policies, processes, and expectations.
