About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 1 year of HR Administration or related field experience required.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Project management experience and high-level organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to learn and interpret HR policies and applicable laws.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM, HRPA, or HRCI certifications (i.e., PHR, SPHR, CHRP) preferred.
  • Experience working with outside vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Team on gathering HR metrics and market insights.
  • Process driver referrals and manage metrics for HR/Ops scorecard.
  • Track and monitor mandatory training and report on compliance.
  • Partner with HR and Ops support teams in metrics development and compliance.
  • Assist in special assignments and tasks as assigned by HR Directors and VP of HR.
  • Coordinate small scope short-term projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
