About The Position
The Human Resource Consultant II, Employee Relations is an individual contributor role focused on supporting senior employees in the development and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and policies. This position involves assisting with employee and labor relations activities, conducting HR investigations, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. The consultant will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to facilitate organizational change and improve HR processes.
