The goal of the Human Resource Consultant 4 role is to provide expert level HR consultation and advice to organizational management, lower-level professional staff, peers and employees within its assigned customer groups! The Department of Correction is a magnificent place to utilize your ability to supervise other Human Resource Consultants, provide guidance and support in HR related matters and handle day-to-day generalist HR matters. As the HRC4, you will support the Washington Corrections Center for Women and be responsible for a wide array of duties to include being familiar with, and providing expert level consultation to stakeholders, with regards to Civil Service Rules, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), policies and procedures and other State and Federal laws. This critical position will ensure WCCW staff would be met with a friendly and knowledgeable team member who can help facilitate and share best practices regarding a wide array of topics.
