Dematic has an opening for a Human Resources Business Partner. This role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs regionally and interacts proactively cross-functionally within the HR team. The HRBP is responsible for the full people management cycle of several area populations, dealing with recruiting strategy, performance management, employee development, employee relations, and change management. Dematic is a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have the ability to learn and adapt to customer expectations and drive cross-functional collaboration to make things happen with speed and in-line with business priorities. This role will partner with Dematic’s AMCS regional Leadership to develop vision, harmonize and blend existing capabilities to position Dematic to continue to gain market share by anticipating and meeting the strategic objectives of our customers. This is a hybrid position based in our Grand Rapids, MI office, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite.
