About The Position
Under the direction of the Head of Human Resources, HR Business Partner provides a range of Human Resource support for the organization focusing on partnering with the business leaders on employee performance, employee relations and recruitment and onboarding. Performs a variety of duties to ensure the smooth flow of work within the bank and assists to administer established policies and procedures of the Bank ensuring they are in compliance with employment laws. This position requires an extreme level of confidentiality as highly sensitive bank and employee information is handled.
