Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Summer 2026 Intern, HR Business Partner. In this role, you will get exposure to the breadth of the HR discipline through experiential learning in areas such as Total Rewards and Performance Management, Workforce Strategy, Analytics, Talent and Organizational capability, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Culture, and more! In this role, you will be placed in a teaming environment and work on projects that align with our Company's HR Strategy, as well as obtain hands on experience through projects and client exposure within the National Security Space HR Team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate an interest and ability to enter the HR field.
  • Pursuing either an undergraduate or advanced degree in HR, labor relations or a related area with specific coursework in HR.
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability to clearly articulate strong career interest in the field of Human Resources.

  • Leadership potential and competencies as evidenced by good citizenship, achievement and involvement in non-academic pursuits such as extracurricular activities, community service, or special projects.
