About The Position
The City of Virginia Beach is seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Relations Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. This position involves all things related to discipline, performance management, policy, case management, and coaching. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ER activities within your assigned departments, provide guidance, technical expertise and support to employees and managers, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, conduct workplace investigations and update HR policies.
