Requirements

• Associates degree, PHR, and/or SHRM certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with confidential matters.
• A high level of integrity with a strong depth of knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, job transfers and general inquiries.
• Monitor and update all employee records to ensure compliance with staff licensures, regulatory agencies and tracking job specific competencies.
• Receive and respond to employee, customer and management inquiries that involve the status of job applications, status and assist with onboarding processes.
• Update and maintain the HR employee database and provide administrative and clerical support to the HR division.
• Compliance with regulatory reporting requirements that include monitoring reports and survey preparation.
• Contribute in the implementation of company policies and programs.
