About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.

  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the public.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of agency information.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for ATTIC Residential programs, managing 10-12 active job postings weekly.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of agency policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR Manager and team with HR initiatives and functions.
  • Facilitate job postings and screen applications to select qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and selection materials.
  • Perform background and reference checks for potential hires.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment and staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with department managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Assist in the offer process, ensuring compliance with contract salary ranges and other details.
  • Handle administrative HR tasks such as employment verification and maintaining records.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and review policies for adherence.
  • Assist with employee relations and benefits administration as needed.
  • Attend college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
