The Human Resource Assistant II position is a temporary role based in Atlanta, Georgia, focused on supporting the HR Manager and HR Business Partner in implementing local initiatives and executing regional and corporate programs. This role is essential for creating an environment that attracts, develops, retains, and engages talent to meet business goals. The position involves executing core HR processes and providing guidance to associates and supervisors regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Support HR Manager and HRBP in implementing local initiatives and executing regional and corporate programs.
  • Create an environment to attract, develop, retain, and engage talent throughout the organization.
  • Execute transactional core HR processes such as new associate orientation, unemployment claims processes, onboarding and exit interviews, and leave administration.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition in recruitment and staffing plans.
  • Maintain the eTime system and assist with payroll-related activities.
  • Drive an inclusive and diverse culture in collaboration with HRBP.
  • Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels.
  • Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources management or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
