Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Human Resource Analyst to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSD(I&S)), Enterprise Administration & Management (EA&M) Human Capital Team. Description The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in federal human resources, Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), and executive performance management programs within the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC). The Human Resource Analyst will provide comprehensive HR, DCIPS, and Augmentee Program support to ensure accurate execution of performance management, staffing, training, and personnel action processes in compliance with policy and regulatory guidance. Mission To support OUSD(I&S) leadership and workforce by delivering expert HR advisory services, administering DCIPS and Executive Performance Management programs, managing personnel actions, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all human capital operations. Clearance Level Required: TOP SECRET (SCI eligibility preferred)
