Under the general direction of the Human Resources Director and direct supervision of the Compensation Manager, the Human Resource Analyst is responsible for assigned technical duties in the Human Resources Office. This may include functions pertaining to recruiting and onboarding, leave benefits, employee benefits, training, payroll, policy development, and employee relations. The primary job functions for this position will include compensation system support.
