About The Position
The Department of Transportation Human Resource Office is looking for an analytically minded human resource professional to complete our team as a Human Resource Analyst 3. This position gives you the opportunity to showcase your skills while managing employee relations activities for assigned organizations. This includes providing consultation on employee relations matters, processing grievances, performing investigations for disciplinary actions, conducting Labor Management meetings, and providing training on employee relations issues.
