About The Position

The Human Resource Administrator at Flathead Electric Cooperative plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR services to employees. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in human resources, management, or administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and online performance evaluation systems.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification within the first 2 years.
  • Valid Montana Driver's License and insurable to drive FEC vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR Supervisor to provide human resource services to FEC employees.
  • Coordinate and administer employee programs, policies, and practices focused on recruitment, hiring, training, and retention.
  • Administer the performance evaluation system and employee training platform.
  • Support the administration of FEC policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate internal communication with employees and administer the FEC wellness program.
  • Organize employee culture events and community service projects.
  • Review, revise, and post job descriptions, and coordinate recruitment processes.
  • Maintain personnel files and administer the performance evaluation system.
  • Administer the employee training platform and serve as technical support.
  • Coordinate drug testing and maintain related records with discretion.
