The Human Performance Specialist leads the development and implementation of Human Performance (HuP) programs across the organization, partnering directly with senior leadership to embed human factors principles into operational practices. This role owns the design and delivery of HuP training in various formats, supports the creation and maintenance of HuP artifacts, and contributes to investigations by applying behavioral science to root cause analysis and corrective actions. Additionally, the position collaborates with the Technical Training group to support supervisor development and ensure alignment with broader safety and performance goals.
