MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our MCWL team in Stafford, VA and support their Human Performance Laboratory.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Performance, Sports Science, Sports Psychology, Exercise Physiology, Neuroscience or Physical Therapy (DPT).
• At least 5 years of related experience in human performance or physical / sport science.

Nice To Haves

• Ph.D. in Human Performance highly desired.
• Relevant certifications in sport or athlete performance (e.g., Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science, Physical Therapy, Sports Psychology).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the holistic science and tactical staff; manage all research-related initiatives.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, overseeing projects from initiation to final report delivery.
• Supervise execution of research and performance initiatives.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to create actionable outputs.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures in alignment with ManTech policy.
• Monitor and evaluate trends in tactical human performance and related technologies.
• Represent the HPL group at industry events, conferences, and within the tactical/performance science community.
