About The Position
Holtec Palisades seeks qualified applicants for the position of Human Performance Coordinator based at Palisades Nuclear Power Plant in Covert, MI. Palisades is positioned to become the first nuclear power plant in the United States to restart after previously entering the early stages of decommissioning. By joining our team, you will be part of a unique and historic undertaking for the nuclear industry and the nation! The Human Performance Program Coordinator will lead a site-wide Human Performance (HU) strategy aimed at reducing human error, improving operational and safety performance, and driving continuous improvement. This role is essential in promoting excellence through collaboration, investigation, coaching, and strategic planning.
