Work with cross functional teams to establish scope and design requirements crafting detailed interaction and pixel specs, working alongside engineering to determine implementation feasibility and constraints, using Keynote to prepare presentations for stakeholder and feature alignment, maintaining up-to-date files and ensuring design consistency across all assets and products. Design entire products from information architecture and interaction down to the visual language of individual controls, including developing wireframes and sitemaps, creating visually appealing and intuitive UI elements, conducting user research and usability testing, and ensuring accessibility and consistency across all product interfaces. Translate and solve interaction problems across multiple platforms to help deliver a seamless and consistent user experience and to ensure adaptability to varying contexts for users across the diverse ecosystem of Apple devices. Design for consistency of system patterns, color, typography, and user interface elements across various platforms and devices. This involves establishing and maintaining design standards and guidelines, ensuring a cohesive visual language, and optimizing the user experience for diverse audiences and accessibility needs. Translate data into compelling visual stories that are meaningful and convey valuable information, enabling stakeholders to grasp complex concepts easily and make informed decisions. These visual narratives are designed to highlight key insights, trends, and patterns, thereby facilitating better understanding and driving strategic business actions. Use tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design-related software to convey designs and deliver pixel perfect specs. Deliver wireframes, design mockups, prototypes, and interaction proposals required for proper implementation for engineering and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience crafting user experiences for complex task management and productivity applications.
  • 5 years of experience using frontend frameworks and libraries to contribute code to mobile applications.
  • 5 years of experience conducting exhaustive testing of builds to identify and document bugs.
  • 5 years of experience using design fidelity and understanding different methodologies such as flow diagrams, mock ups, and prototypes.
  • 5 years of experience designing user experiences across a diverse range of Apple platforms.
  • 5 years of experience employing iterative prototyping techniques to test and refine interfaces.
  • 5 years of experience using design principles, animation tools, and microinteraction design for apps.
  • 5 years of experience using Strategic Storytelling to communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
