Provide specialized HUMINT SME support to assist USSOCOM in the conducting of HUMINT and intelligence missions. Provide all necessary specialized non-personal labor, material, and services necessary to support USSOCOM Staff to perform HUMINT planning/execution to include data collection, analyses, coordination, and reporting as well as adaptive planning to identify knowledge and capability (or training) shortfalls. Support includes assisting the USSCOCOM Staff to integrate, synchronize, and prioritize HUMINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to ensure compliance with DoD guidance while maintaining focus on achieving operational objectives. Specialized expertise is necessary to assist the USSOCOM Staff to identify and assist in the development of prudent COAs to resolve emergent HUMINT issues, determine priorities, employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit of HUMINT operations, and to ensure support of HUMINT activities maintains compliance with applicable laws, policies, and other established guidance.

  • Provide specialized HUMINT SME support to assist USSOCOM in conducting HUMINT and intelligence missions.
  • Assist USSOCOM Staff in HUMINT planning/execution including data collection, analyses, coordination, and reporting.
  • Support the integration, synchronization, and prioritization of HUMINT missions and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD guidance while achieving operational objectives.
  • Identify and assist in the development of COAs to resolve emergent HUMINT issues.
  • Employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit of HUMINT operations.
  • Ensure compliance of HUMINT activities with applicable laws and policies.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing HUMINT related operations.
  • No less than five (5) years of experience performing collection management, all-source analysis, and desk officer/reports.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of HUMINT programs and analysis.
  • At least one (1) combat overseas tour with SOF operating in a HUMINT analysis support function.
  • Active Security Clearance required.
