About The Position

Praescient Analytics is seeking a Mid-Level HUMINT Analyst to provide operational and analytical support to U.S. Army intelligence missions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations, coupled with experience in data analysis, operational planning, and decision support. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a proven ability to work within dynamic, multi-agency environments.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Formal Intelligence school course (typically 2+ months in duration, full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.)
  • 3-7 years of experience in HUMINT analysis, collection management, or operational support.
  • Strong understanding of Army intelligence operations and HUMINT methodologies.
  • Proficiency with DRRS, JTIMS, SharePoint, and geospatial tools such as Google Earth.
  • Experience supporting interagency coordination and foreign partner engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear, concise intelligence products.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Counterterrorism (CT) or Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) mission areas.
  • Background in mathematical modeling, data analytics, or operations research.
  • Prior military or DoD intelligence experience, particularly within Army or joint commands

Responsibilities

  • Provide HUMINT operations and planning support to Army and joint intelligence missions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop actionable insights supporting decision-making, policy formulation, and operational planning.
  • Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and optimization methods to enhance mission efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain decision support tools, software, and analytic products that improve operational outcomes.
  • Support and de-conflict HUMINT operations, plans, and capacity-building requirements and activities.
  • Use key systems and tools such as the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), Joint Training and Information Management System (JTIMS), SharePoint, and Google Earth to support intelligence planning and execution.
  • Liaise with interagency (IA) and foreign partners to coordinate theater HUMINT operations and intelligence sharing.
  • Contribute expertise to regional and transregional Counterterrorism (CT) and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) missions.
