About The Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Human Data Manager to join our Human Data Training Team at Handshake. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of data quality across our AI training workflows. By developing standardized processes, creating robust quality frameworks, and conducting thorough audits, you will play a key role in improving the accuracy and reliability of our AI models. Your work will directly impact various domains, including science, technology, mathematics, humanities, and beyond. This will be at our San Francisco location and this team is traditionally in the office five days a week.
