  • Manage educator pipelines, including teachers, counselors, and other roles as determined by organizational priorities, to ensure timely, high-quality staffing outcomes.
  • Oversee a portfolio of schools, serving as a trusted partner for principals, hiring leads, and department chairs advising on staffing needs, candidate quality and selection processes.
  • Proactively engage with assigned schools to understand the evolving talent landscape, anticipate vacancies, and provide solutions year-round.
  • Provide guidance and pathways for classified staff and substitute teachers aspiring to transition into teaching roles.
  • Track and analyze talent metrics across your school portfolio, delivering timely updates and insights to enable strong hiring decisions.
  • Ensure candidate eligibility by verifying credential status, supporting alternative and permit pathways, and collaborating with Human Resources on compliance.
  • Recruit for specialized and hard-to-fill positions at priority schools.
  • Conduct regular data analysis to monitor pipeline health, hiring progress, and key initiatives.
  • Partner with the Education team to gather feedback on new hires’ performance and evolving school needs.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure smooth onboarding, monitor credentialing compliance, and support early-career retention through proactive outreach and data review.
  • Analyze recruitment and staffing data, market trends, and historical fill rates to inform short and long-term strategies for growing and diversifying the educator pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices that increase efficiency and equity in hiring.
  • Collaborate with departmental and organizational leaders to ensure recruitment strategies align with broader goals and priorities.
  • Strengthen partnerships with teacher preparation programs, building lasting relationships with faculty, advisors, and program coordinators to build talent pipelines aligned to Green Dot’s needs.
  • Represent the organization at education fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote opportunities and recruit top talent.
  • Work with Human Capital leadership to design and execute targeted campaigns that attract experienced educators and identify emerging school leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition; experience recruiting educators or education-sector professionals strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices for certificated employees, including sourcing, interviewing, credentialing pathways, and selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and dedication to fostering a diverse, inclusive workforce that reflects and serves our communities.
