La Joya ISD is seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Substitute Specialist to monitor daily absences across the district and ensure substitute coverage through our automated system. This individual will serve as a key liaison between Human Capital and campuses, providing daily reports to principals and helping address unfilled absences. This role helps maintain instructional continuity across La Joya ISD and upholds our mission of Educational Excellence: The Right of Every Student.
