About The Position

The Artisan Human Capital team is seeking an intern to work closely with our experienced team of talent management professionals. This internship will provide exposure to all aspects of the associate journey post-talent acquisition. It is a unique opportunity for a college student passionate about Human Capital to receive hands on exposure and mentorship in areas with a direct impact on the associate experience. This year-round internship requires full-time in office hours during the summer of 2025 and 15-20 hours per week in the 2025-26 school year.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with demonstrated academic achievement
• Strong organization and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Self-starter with an interest in pursuing Human Capital as a career path
• Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines with a sense of urgency
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of learning & development initiatives
• Provide tactical support to the talent management team
• Participate in the planning & implementation of associate programming
• Learn the 'why' for all talent management initiatives
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as proficiency is demonstrated
