About The Position

The Human Capital Associate will provide day-to-day support to Rockefeller Capital Management’s Human Capital team across a broad range of initiatives. This role will focus on driving project work, administering employment-related policies and procedures, and supporting the infrastructure that enables a unique and differentiated employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives on managing multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employment/Labor Relations, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other Human Resources Information Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Human Capital policies and procedures, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Human Capital partners to support and implement HR governance frameworks to enhance risk mitigation and compliance across the organization.
  • Play a key role in preparing and compiling data for reporting in support of a variety of initiatives, including internal and external audit preparation and annual survey submissions.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve processes, create greater efficiency, and share best practices across Human Capital team members.
  • Provide operational and transaction support across the lifecycle of employee processes, such as transfers, terminations, organizational structure management, and job data changes.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives in support of strategic business priorities.
