Your role will involve creating forward-leaning people programs and products that align with the client's mission and business objectives. You will engage directly with clients to evaluate their talent management needs and assess the success of initiatives. Drawing on your consulting acumen and expertise in human capital areas such as talent planning, acquisition, development, and sustainment, you will provide insightful analysis and develop polished, data-driven deliverables.
