Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs. Human Capital Analytics (Human Capital Research & Programmatic Evaluation): Support and enhance human capital analytics capabilities using agency-standard analytics platforms (e.g., Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) with Tableau supplementation) and continual enhancement of analytics tools for executive leaders, directorate leadership, and program analysts to use in support of assessing and planning activities. Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in workforce analytics, human capital analytics, or enterprise BI in a federal or similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong experience supporting executive reporting and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, public policy, human resources, information systems, or related field required
  • Human capital analytics, KPI design, dashboard development, data interpretation, OAS, Tableau, workforce metrics, executive reporting, data storytelling
  • Analytical judgment, problem solving, communication, client service, critical thinking, attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
