About The Position

Fullerton College is accepting applications for part-time Instructors for Spring 2026 and ongoing. Courses: Teach ANAT 231 F Human Anatomy Schedule: Course meets twice a week, in-person. Morning, afternoon, evening sections are possible.

Requirements

  • Master’s in any biological science OR Bachelor’s in any biological science AND Master’s in biochemistry, biophysics, or marine science OR Possess a valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area. OR The equivalent.
  • Equivalent qualifications may include related education, training, employment and professional experience that would be equal to the required degree(s) and experience in this field as determined by the District Equivalency Committee.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience teaching in-person laboratories.
  • Knowledge of anatomical and histological specimens and models.
  • Ability to direct student dissections.
  • Experience with curriculum development, program self-assessment, SLO assessment, etc.
  • Experience using multi-modal approaches and student–centered pedagogy to meet the needs of first generation, immigrant, and low-income students.
