About The Position
Hulett Environmental Services is a family-owned and operated pest control company that has been serving southeast Florida for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on providing family, pet, and planet-friendly pest control solutions to our community and businesses. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with our clients about our various services, including pest control, lawn care, and termite solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding and documenting customer requests, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with our service technicians and sales team to deliver prompt and friendly assistance. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to communicate confidently and professionally will be essential. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking to manage customer inquiries efficiently. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company, as we provide extensive on-the-job training to help you succeed in your role. This position is based in our new Vero Beach office, which is anticipated to open in September 2024, and you will initially receive training at our Fort Pierce branch until the new office is operational.
