About The Position

Celtic Property Management is hiring an experienced HUD and Tax Credit Leasing Specialist to join our Sunrise Vista team. This is an opportunity for a high-energy, professional leasing expert who knows how to drive occupancy, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain compliance in an affordable housing environment. What You’ll Do As a Leasing Specialist at Sunrise Vista, you will serve as the front-line sales and customer service professional for the community. Your role is critical to creating a positive resident experience while keeping occupancy strong and files audit-ready. Your responsibilities will include: Leasing homes and conducting professional tours for prospective residents Managing guest cards, phone and email inquiries, and follow-ups Processing applications, screenings, and move-in paperwork Ensuring HUD and Tax Credit documentation is completed accurately and on time Supporting resident retention, renewals, and outreach marketing Maintaining leasing files, reports, and compliance documentation Leasing Agent Job Description 1… Monitoring curb appeal, models, and office presentation daily Leasing Agent Job Description 1… Working closely with maintenance on unit readiness and service requests Leasing Agent Job Description 1… Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, LIHTC, ADA, and company policies Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior HUD and Tax Credit leasing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong marketing, sales, and customer service skills
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
